Setup Package of OpenIV

1.1) Install OpenIV Setup:
This involves downloading and installing the OpenIV application onto your computer. OpenIV serves as a platform for accessing and editing game files within GTA V.
1.2) Locate GTAV Game Location:
You need to know where your GTA V game files are located on your computer. This is typically in the directory where the game was installed.
1.3) Install ASI Loader and OpenIV.ASI
ASI Loader and OpenIV.ASI are necessary components for running modded files within GTA V. These files enable the game to load modified RPF archives, which contain modded content.
1.4) Enable Edit Mode in OpenIV:
Before making any edits to game files, you must ensure that OpenIV is in Edit Mode. This mode allows you to make changes to the game files safely.
